Hops (Humulus lupulus) calming properties are known to support sleep and calm worry. Studies have shown its supportive action for sleep, especially when used together with Valerian.
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
Lemon Balm is known for its calming properties, it helps to improve mood, cognitive function, and act as a natural sleep aid. It contains rosmarinic acid, a bioactive compound that works on neurotransmitters for mood and relaxation, further helping to switch off an overbusy nervous system. It also can be used for soothing stomach cramps, and indigestion.
Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) has the ability to support the body's tolerance to physical, mental and emotional stress. It contains glycyrrhizin which has a similar structure to the hormones produced by the adrenal glands (including cortisol). Licorice provides support for adrenal exhaustion which can interfere with normal sleep.
Passionflower
Passionflower belongs to the Passiflora family, the same family as passionfruit, and can be used as a natural herbal sleeping aid. It is considered a nervine, meaning that it can therapeutically support the nervous system to provide a sedative effect and therefore can induce calming to promote sleep.
Valerian

How to Use
Recommended Dosage
Use 1 heaped teaspoon (1000mg) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
Pro Tip
Adults and children over 12 years: 150ml
Children 6-12 years: 100ml
Children 1-6 years: 50ml
Infants 0-12 months: 10ml
Take 1 cup, 30 minutes before bed. Repeat during the night if needed. For children and infants, make adult dose and extract the required volume. In persistent sleep disturbances, take each night for 3-6 weeks to promote natural sleep cycle.
