Free shipping for orders over $600 HKD.

For orders under $600 HKD: Flat rate shipping of $35 HKD.

Local pick-up is available to customers, please select local pick-up at checkout.

Currently, we only ship within Hong Kong. For overseas orders, please send an email to info@stayhealthy.com.hk to check availability.

 

Tracking

Refund and Returns Policy
Stay Healthy will not issue any refunds or exchanges for items bought from a third-party retailer.

Refunds, exchanges, or replacements are only issued if purchased from www.stayhealthy.com.hk and the product is damaged, faulty, or the incorrect item was sent, in which case, Stay Healthy will issue a replacement, refund, or exchange for orders placed within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds, exchanges, or replacements do not apply to change of mind or dispute of efficacy.

Refunds and returns are available for Hong Kong customers only. International customers, please select your products carefully.
