What kind of products do you carry?

All products offered by Stay Healthy are authorised and 100% genuine. We directly source them from our beloved brands to ensure their authenticity. Every single product is checked by our professional team to ensure these meet our highest standards.

Do your products contain GMO ingredients, artificial sweeteners, artificialflavours, colourings, or preservatives?

No. None of our products contain any GMO ingredients, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavours, colourings, or preservatives.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

How should I store products?

Store below 25 degrees. Protect from moisture and do not store in direct sunlight. Please store in cool dry place.

Are your skincare products suitable for Vegans?

All of our skincare ranges are vegans besides Manuka Honey Skincare Range Always read the label for product specific information.

Do you do animal testing?

No. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals.

Are your skincare products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, we have a specific sensitive skincare range that is developed the highest level of efficacy even for the most sensitive skin types. Those products have been tested by dermatologists for irritation & sensitivity, and were approved to be effective for sensitive skin types. However, we recommend doing a patch test before buying full-sized bottles.

Will your skincare products clog my pores, or are they non-comedogenic?

All of our skincare products are non-comedogenic formulations and will not clog pores.

Are your skincare products safe to be used during pregnancy?

It is not recommended that use a Vitamin A Renew Serum while pregnant. As every pregnancy is unique, we recommend speaking to your doctor before beginning a new skin care routine while pregnant or breastfeeding.

How soon will I start seeing results from using your skincare products?

Depending on the skin concern you are trying to address as well as the products you are using, the time it takes for your results to show will vary. Many people report that their skin looks smoother, brighter and is visibly more healthy within their first few applications. However, there are some skin concerns that require long-term treatment, such as hyperpigmentation, acne and aging. We are happy to provide skin care advice and a customized treatment plan for you to help you achieve your long-term and short-term skin care goals.

Do your skincare products contain parabens?

No. We only offer clean beauty products, which means our products are natural and do not contain any of below ingredients – Paraben / Triclosan / Phthalate / Petroleum / Mineral oil / Silicone

Are your supplements products suitable for Vegetarians?

All of our supplements are encapsulated in easy to swallow Vege Caps and most are suitable for vegetarians except for Collagen Related Products, Move Me, Omega3X and Syn-pro.

Can I take your supplements during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Our supplements are not been formulated specifically for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding besides Milk Maker. We recommend always speaking to your healthcare provider prior to taking any dietary supplements during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Take only as directed and in conjunction with a healthy balanced diet. If symptoms persist, we suggest consulting healthcare practitioner.

Can I take multiple supplements togethers?

Yes. Each our supplements product has a different benefits / function so it is safe to take different products together. If you have any questions about products, please feel free to contact us. Our natural health professional specialist is here to help.

What are your products’ shelf life?

As part of our Transparency Promise, our team at Stay Healthy is committed to sourcing products with excellent expiry dates and will state it on our website to ensure our customers can enjoy the natural benefits of healthy goods.

Delivery

Where do you ship from?

We ship all our orders from our warehouse in Hong Kong. All orders are carefully packed by eco-friendly materials. Sustainable is in our DNA.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within Hong Kong.

When will you dispatch the order once I placed it?

We offer same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 2pm HKT Monday-Friday. Our warehouse is closed on weekend and Hong Kong public holidays, and your order will be dispatched on the next business day.

Which couriers do you ship with?

We shipped via SF Express as it is fast, efficient and reliable. If you have any concerns with your delivery, please contact SF Express support directly to get information about your order once it has been dispatched. Please only contact us if your order has been deemed lost or you have received faulty or damaged products.

How do I check the status of my order?

We'll send you an email to confirm your order, and again to let you know when the order is dispatched.

Are all items listed on stayhealthy.com.hk ready for dispatch?

Indeed. Every product listed on stayhealthy.com.hk is ready for dispatch unless otherwise stated as either out of stock or marked as a pre-order.

Is my order eligible for complimentary shipping?

Orders valued at or above HKD 600 will receive free shipping. For orders under HKD 600, there will be a flat shipping fee of HKD 35.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start to fulfilling your orders once you placed to ensure you get it as quick as possible, this means we cannot offer you to make changes to an order once it’s been placed.

Can I get refund for my order?

Refunds, exchanges or replacements are only issued if the product is purchased from www.stayhealthy.com.hk or our retail stores and is faulty or the incorrect item was sent, in which case, we will issue a replacement, refund or exchange for orders placed within 30 days from the date of purchase.

When will my orders containing pre-order items be shipped?

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped as soon as those items are in stock. Meanwhile, you have the option to choose the In-Store Pickup for currently available items. Once the pre-ordered products are in stock, we can either ship them to you or have them ready for pickup at our store, based on your preference.

How the orders will be packed?

From our very inception, sustainability has been fundamental to our ethos. We are acutely aware of the environmental impact our business operations can have, and continue to seek newer, greener alternatives. One important focus for us is the dispatch of our packages. As a more eco-friendly initiative, we are actively exploring solutions that ensure our packaging materials are 100% recyclable. Instead of plastic, we are committed to introducing options that harmonize our business with our planet.

Is Stay Healthy plastic free?

No, not yet. While we are keenly focused on sustainability, we're currently in a transitional phase. Our aim is the ambitious long-term goal of achieving 100% recyclable packaging. At present, we still receive products wrapped in plastic, and some items are contained within plastic. Nevertheless, we're tirelessly evaluating methods to curtail our overall use of plastic across all business operations. We're eager to keep you updated as we launch new initiatives on this front in the future.

Are your products’ packaging environmentally friendly?

The majority of our products utilize eco-friendly materials for packaging, such as glass, cardboard, paper, aluminum, tin-plated steel cans, compostable plastics, and plant-based plastics. While some brands may not yet use environmentally-friendly materials, we understand that sustainability is an ongoing process. We are committed to urging our supplier partners to adopt eco-friendly packaging and will continue making improvements where possible. As a conscious business, we strive to reduce our impact on the planet in every aspect of our day-to-day operations and continue learning as we progress.

Where can I review my order history?

If you want to see a list view of your past order, simply log into your Stayhealthy account and select “Order History” from the provided menu. Please note as we move to a brand new platform for our website, your purchase records in the old website will not be migrated into here. Please contact us if you would like to check your historical purchase record.

How can I update my email address if I have inputted it incorrectly or it has changed?

How to activate the account on our new website?

No matter you are new to Stay Healthy or our existing member, just click here to register your account. A confirmation email will be sent to you to activate account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support apple pay, google pay, Alipay, Payme, Boc Pay, WeChat pay and credit cards.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, we use secure gateways to ensure any purchase made online is protected and customer information is secure.

Do I have to subscribe to anything?

All orders made through stayhealthy.com.hk are one-time purchases and there are no hidden or additional charges once the transaction is complete.

Where are you based?

It is proud to say that we’re 100% Hong Kong owned and operated business, based in Hong Kong.

Do you have a retail location or are you only online?

Yes. We have our store location in Shop 121, Olympian City 2, Kolwoon, Hong Kong. All orders are shipped to the address of your choice or to an In-Store pickup location, as selected in checkout.

What are the operating hours for your retail location?

Our store is open every day from 11 am to 8 pm, with the exception of the first day of the Lunar New Year when we are closed.

Do you have a loyalty/rewards program?

Yes, we do! It is called Health Coins and for more information about this exciting program, visit here.

Do you have a Guest Checkout option?

Yes. We offer guest checkout. You do not need to create a new account to complete your purchase.

How do your promotions and discount codes work?

To use a discount code, proceed to the checkout page and enter the discount code in its entirety in the “Gift card or discount code” field. Discount codes are not case sensitive. Once the code is accepted, the discount will be subtracted from your order. Discount codes cannot be used in combination with any other promotions and are strictly limited to one per order. Discount codes are available while supplies last and cannot be used once expired. In some cases, discount codes can only be redeemed once per person. Dimorelli.com discount codes are not intended to be shared on online forums or public sites. Stay Healthy reserves the right to disable discount codes at any time. Any orders that misuse discount codes may be subjected to verification and cancellation.

Rewards

When will I receive my Health Coins?

Your points will be credited to your account once the sale is processed, either through stayhealthy.com.hk or a Stay Healthy brick-and-mortar store (sales from Stay Healthy Pop-up stores in other chain stores or 3rd party website will not count)

Do Health Coins expire?

Yes, Health Coins will expire and will be removed from your balance 12 months after the day you originally earned them. Your points may go up or down on a daily basis depending on how many points you have gained that day and how many points expire. You can check your points balance anytime by logging into your account.

Do my Health Coins roll over if I maintain my loyalty status?

You can maintain your loyalty tier if your purchase history meets the tier eligibility spend for 12 months starting from 1 Jan of each year; however, Health Coins don’t roll over and expire after one year.

Will my past orders count toward my loyalty tier?

Yes, they will. Your loyalty tier will be determined based on your purchase history at Stay Healthy over the 12 months starting from 1 Jan of the last and current year.

Will I earn Health Coins when I purchase a gift card? What about when paying with a gift card?

Points will be earned in the purchase of a gift card. However, no points will be earned for purchase when a gift card is used as payment.

Do I need to use my Health Coins immediately, or can I accumulate them?

You can save up your Health Coins if you wish. Health Coins are accumulated and will remain in your SH Insiders loyalty account for 12 months.

Can I get cash for my Health Coins?

For the avoidance of doubt, Health Coins have no redeemable or exchangeable cash value and are personal to you. Accordingly, you are not allowed to transfer any Health Coins to another Stay Healthy Insider in exchange or sell such Health Coins for cash or any other advantage. If in doubt, you agree that we have the right not to process your transfer request, and to temporarily suspend or terminate your membership. In such cases, any unused Health Coins and unclaimed rewards may be cancelled or forfeited or voided for no value, without any further notice.

How will I know when I have reached a new loyalty tier?

You will be automatically moved up a new tier according to how much you spend. You will receive an email from us alerting you to your new tier. Still, if you miss it, you can also check your loyalty tier by logging into your account.

How can I get my birthday reward?

To access your birthday reward, add your birth date to your loyalty account by logging in. On your birthday, we will send you an email with your special reward.

Please note, if your birthday has been added to your account less than 30 days prior to your special day - you can expect to receive your voucher + points, 30 days after signing up.

Can I transfer my points to another account?

No, points are non-transferable and are linked to your personal Stay Healthy Insider account.
