How to Use
Recommended Dosage
One 30g serve daily. Have on it’s own between meals, in your daily smoothie or after exercise. Always read the label and use as directed if symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.

The amount and type of liquid you add will affect sweetness and thickness, so experiment and see what works best for you. To ensure your protein is silky smooth we recommend you use a blender or shaker to combine.
