Pine Scotch
This Pine is an evergreen coniferous tree growing up to 35 metres tall. A hardy tree that prefers to grow in sandy or rocky soils, they can live for up to 300 years. It is highly valued for its antiseptic properties and its ability to support the respiratory system.
Eucalyptus Australiana
Eucalyptus radiata, also known as the narrow-leaved Peppermint, is a native to south-eastern Australia. The tree grows up to 50m tall and prefers cooler or wetter habitats. Distillation of the leaves is known to have strong germicidal, antibacterial and analgesic properties. It has long been used by indigenous communities in Australia for medicinal and cultural purposes.
Tea Tree
Tea tree is a species of tall shrub endemic to Australia. It grows along streams and on swampy flats and generally dominates the habitat where it occurs. It was used widely by indigenous Australians prior to colonisation and has been popular since the early 20th century when it's useful molecular compounds were established. It is considered a must-have in every home pharmacy due to its antiviral, antifungal, antiseptic and insecticde properties. It is often referred to as a medicine cabinet in a bottle.
Aniseed
Aniseed is derived from a herbaceous, flowering plant that grows to around 90cm. It is native to the eastern Mediterranean region and Southwest Asia. It's medicinally well known for its presence in gripe water to ease stomach complaints. Aniseed's anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties have been used for centuries as an expectorant and for dry coughs. The seeds have long been used to add scent, flavour and digestive support to a huge variety of foods and beverages.

How to Use
Recommended Dosage
For dry cough, adding 10 drops to bath or diffuser or use 3-5 drops as a steam inhalation.

If you have sore throat, rubbing 3 drops onto throat and onto lymphnodes around jawline. Apply 2-3 times per day.
